Try-On Options
We offer both in-person and virtual try-ons, so you can feel confident before your event. In-person appointments are held at our Brisbane studio by appointment only, or you can connect with our team virtually for styling advice and fit guidance.
Hire Periods
Choose the hire period that suits your plans best, 4-day or 8-day options. Your delivery and return dates are easily selected when booking.
Fit Guarantee
If your garment doesn’t fit as expected, contact us on the day of delivery. We’ll work with you to find the best solution, including an exchange or credit option where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made prior to your hire date may be eligible for a credit or partial refund, subject to our policy. Full details are provided at checkout for transparency and peace of mind.
Try-On & Studio
All try-ons are by appointment only.
Appointment time: 25 minutes. Please do not exceed this duration, as there are often clients booked after your appointment. If you arrive late, this will unfortunately reduce the length of your session.
Appointment fee: $10 non-refundable deposit. This amount can be applied toward the hire fee of any item you choose. For example, if your garment hire fee is $100, the remaining $90 will be due if you decide to book. Deposit fees are not transferable to future try-on appointments and can be redeemed until midnight on the day of your appointment.
Please only bring one other person with you, as our space is limited.
To protect our garments, please do not wear fresh fake tan or makeup. Dry cleaning fees may apply if there are any stains on items after a try-on.
