We offer free express delivery Australia-wide. Your garment will arrive on or before your selected hire date.

Returns are simple, just use the prepaid packaging provided and send it back on the final day of your hire period.

You don’t need to worry about cleaning your garment. Professional dry cleaning is included with every hire. Simply return your item, and we’ll take care of the rest.

To ensure every customer receives their garment on time, late returns may incur a fee. If you anticipate any delays, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

If your garment doesn’t fit as expected, contact us on the day of delivery. We’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s an exchange, credit, or other available option in line with our policy.
